    Good afternoon, all! Perfect day for a dolphin cruise off Virginia Beach after a visit to the aquarium this afternoon. The beer selection on the boat was very limited, but this one looked interesting: Smartmouth Alter Ego, a Belgian-style saison. Turned out to be the perfect cruise beer!

    The dolphin search met with success as well. We had a pod following the boats around all afternoon.

    My lovely bride suggested we go out for a drink. Hard to say no. We went to a recently remodeled WholeFoods beer pub. Had a couple of pints. I filled a growler. On the way out, I spotted the food bar. I got the super healthy fried po boy catfish and fries sandwich to go. One beer is a Hadrywood Park Singel. The other is a Lonerider IPA.

    We got root beer. :slight_frown:
    The brewery has a historical significance for the area. It opened in 1888 and we went on the Centennial Anniversary. The brewery is still owned by the same family. I believe it is the third oldest family run brewery in America.

    Edit: Forth oldest family owned brewery in America.
