Mornin' BA's! Almost 7 here in already-hot NOVA & I'm having some morning coffee:

It's not bad, a little lacking in depth but the coffee component is very well-integrated :-)

Good morning BA, have a great Sunday!

A great classic tasting Gose. Flavors of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, pear, green apple, orange peel, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light fruit tartness, citrus peel bitterness, and earthy spice on the finish; very smooth and crisp; with light wheat creaminess and balanced acidity/salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-medium dryness. Medium carb/light-medium bodied. A really spot on example of the style. Not as acidic as most of the other American made Gose; but still has a solid amount. Extremely refreshing! Hoping to see a fresher batch around soon, still only seeing January dating.

Always excellent. Flavors of juicy pineapples; with hop flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, mango, lemon/orange peel, and pine; with light-moderate honey/bready malt and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind bitterness; smooth and crisp finish; moderately sticky/resinous mouthfeel with light grainy malt creaminess. Good dryness on finish, with zero hop or fruit astringency. I wouldn't put this over Regular, Grapefruit, or even Habanero; but I still love it, and have been buying this just as much as the other 3 kinds.

Top tier amazing saison. Flavors of lemon zest, grapefruit, pear, pineapple, peach, orange peel, pepper, and clove; with moderate wheat, cracker, bready malt; with floral/grassy hop and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spice and grassy bitterness; smooth/crisp finish; with some wheat creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Medium-high carbonation and nice dryness. Definitely my new favorite go-to saison now that we get them in Michigan. If only Saison Brett were in 4 packs. Maybe someday, they just announced year round BBQ last week.

Incredible as usual! Big flavors of dark chocolate, cocoa, espresso beans, fudge, caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, and light smoke. Bittersweet roasted finish; full bodied creamy/silky mouthfeel and light chalky dryness. Super smooth and lightly warming finish. Really glad that Jeppe is moving most or all of his beers to Two Roads on contract including bombers. Westbrook pricing is obscene. Quality of this beer is just as good as I remember when I had the bombers. Need to pick up some Jesus cans next to evaluate.

    Cheers

A quiet Sunday morning. The sun is starting to burn off the fog; looks like a nice day.
I'm drinking my coffee and getting ready to make some omelets.

Good morning BAs! Starting off to be a sunny Sunday here in NW PA - hope it's like yesterday - warm and humid. I love hot weather so we're starting to plan the next Jester King beer run, hopefully in a little more than a week. Maybe this trip I can finally make it to Karbach, but probably not since Houston is too far out of my way. Today's breakfast beer, soon to be a cross-post with NBS:

Not a great Sunday when the first thing I see online is another American mass shooting. Be careful out there, Advocates.

When things like what's in the news happen, I listen to this song to help calm me. I've listened to it entirely too much the last few years.

    Peace. Please, peace.
