Set up a trade with @jonbonfondle and he hits me with this box full of wants! Thanks, can't wait to get into these, I've wanted to try something from SARA for a while now!
Probably Monday or Tuesday. Don't forget we're keeping the window open a little bit longer than usual so that everyone has adequate time and such.

Post, tag or shoot me a BM to remind me that you are in fact smarter than myself and you'd like to be in.
Round 4 Minimum - 144 oz. Rating - 85 or higher unless a want (always send a box you'd be happy to receive) Shipping window - July 1 through August 1-ish (trying to keep open mind with summer vacations and such) Special rule - wrap a minimum of 2 bottles so that target can do a blind tasting. Target should post a VBS/VCS of wrapped beer while trying to guess said beer. Ideally the tastings would be done within 30 days of delivery. There are lots of ways to conceal bottles/caps/cans but extra advice can always be shared and provided. Send me a BM with deets within next couple of weeks. Name/address/untppd/likes/dislikes/shirt size/swag preference/shipping restrictions.
CIF entries are closed... ...and anticipate the cushions to land at any time between 'now' and 'later'. cheers, folks!
I've sent a few wrapped bottles in the past and here is what I've learned for anyone new: 1) Newspaper works great to wrap the entire bottle. 2) If needed, I just use black electrical tape to cover the cap if the cap would reveal information about the beer 3) If you aren't going to cover up the labeling on the actual bottle, make sure you tell your target something like "only open the top of the newspaper, labels are NOT covered" 4) If you want to cover the labels on the bottle, I recommend using painter's tape which comes off easily and won't tear the label. What I usually do is cut some newspaper to cover the label up and then use the painter's tape to tape the newspaper over it. I got a challenge bottle once, drank it, didn't know what it was exactly and when I tried to pull off the camo, it tore off the label and then I had to wait to find out what the hell it was Good idea!
I love that you guys are wrapping bottles. Locals Round 9 was 6 days of wrapped bottles for April Fools, and it was a blast!
What type of beers are the best to wrap? For example, if I wrap the beer that I think will be the one my target is the most excited about, will my target wish he or she could have saved that beer for a special occasion? Alternatively, if I wrap a beer my target never had before, will they be able to guess what it is? I would love to hear others thoughts on this!
It looks like the #GIF just landed at my door! I wasn't expecting this, kinda forgot I signed up. Wow @brightcloud313. I'll upload the picture in a little while.
