Champagne yeast?

    The best that I can report is that 'normal' sanitizing has kept unwanted microorganisms at bay in my homebrewery but I have only used Champagne yeast once as a bottling addition for a cider. I have never experienced any issues with my bottling bucket on subsequent batches for bottling.

    Some people say champagne yeast is invading our country, killing our children, and ****** our women ...I mean that's what some people say :wink: ...sorry

    And now that we know that it is a super organism that can't be managed via sanitation, another reason it should be anathema!?!:rolling_eyes:
