Confirmed that Stickee is discounted this weekend at WFM. $12.80/bottle.

 

Great deal. Also got BBA Monster's Park for $18 a bottle.

Looks like they have pretty much every OC brewery ... I guess Old Orange and Golden Road by Anaheim Stadium are missing, but I think that's about it?

 

I'm pretty surprised Old Orange is still in business, from the stories I heard to the lack of any buzz it's a bit strange.

 

Anyone else try the Ruinten w/ vanilla bean and orange peel? I'm wondering if others also thought it to be a nasty mess, or i have a bad bottle.

 

Almost grabbed a bottle of the orange peel vanilla ruinten before I realized the err of my ways. Why ruin a good thing? (See what I did there?)

 

Stone has done some pretty innovative stuff with their IPA's. I enjoyed Dayman and the green tea IPA's so far. That's why I thought it would be worth a try. Looks like you went the right path on this one. Let's just say I haven't "erred" this hard since Bruery's Ebony and Oak.

The orange accents in the label are so nice. I have a bottle I'll get to this weekend.

 

Orange Vanilla RuinTen is awful. So bad, I imagine it was supposed to be released under Stochasticity.

 

Lunch was on tap at Amazing Grapes last night in case you missed it at Native Son or wherever it was before. Was really good!

Bottles of White Chocolate in the fridge were tasting great as well.

From the article I posted came across an OC brewery I've never heard of ... Network Brewery. They are not part of the OC Brewers Guild, so as article described, probably a brewery with minimal funds? Has anyone checked them out???
