Its been a year since we have done an old school brewpub bottle release. Due to our kitchen rebuild, public house remodel, and brewery expansion we have been unable to house hundreds of beer lovers at once. Expansion is done, kitchen is up and running, and the new bar and bathrooms in the public house are looking fantastic!!

On Friday August 5th we would like to invite everyone down for a great weekend of craft beer and some fun bottles that we will be selling. Tear away calendars will be handed out at 4pm on Friday 8/5 in theBrewPub uptown. There will be a plethora of tasty drafts ready for everyone to enjoy all day/night!

At 9am Saturday, August 6th we will open the doors to both our uptown locations to welcome everyone in for food and beers. The bottle sale will the begin at 11am.

More information will be released soon about bottles, bottle limits, pricing, and the draft list for the weekend. I just wanted to get this on everyones calendar!

old school people, what's he talking about with the tear away calendars?

 

Pages from a cheap calendar are given out on Friday and that marks your place in line for saturday

 

Assuming Full Allotment and Noble aren't hitting this week since some places that should have gotten them didn't. Next week I guess.

Could just be the distributor didn't want to roll it all out in one week. BA stuff can wait a week I guess.

Just got back from Athens. I'll probably get excommunicated from Wisconsin for saying this, but the curds are probably the best I've ever had...I feel I can say after living there for a year. Also, very jealous of what's in store for OBW and the August release.

 

Anyone know holiday weekend hours for the taproom?

 

I emailed and they said normal hours all days.

What's the going rate for jackie o's bottle from the brewery? I feel like I'm being majorally gouged by my nearby shop. For instance $13.99 for ba dark apparition, $12.99 for bb wordburner. And then $7.99 for non ba regular dark apparition.

Seems pretty asinine per oz price or is jackie o's just that expensive?
