Triple Threat - NBS BIF #3

Well, his brother Kyle is "Rowdy". I was just going off the top of my head, and I can't remember Kurt having one. Let me look into it a bit. OK, after a few moments on the intertoobs, the closest thing to a nickname, that I've actually heard used, is "Outlaw". He's had several high-profile "incidents" in his career, so that's the explanation there. Best I found in a quick search.

Danica hasn't raced Indy cars in 5 years now. She spent 1 season in what is now called the Xfinity series, one step down from Cup, and is in the last year of her 4 year contract with Stewart-Haas Racing. She's had crappy results, but sponsors love her, and she draws a lot of attention from the media. Closest thing to a nickname I know for Ms. Patrick comes from the fact that she's dating fellow driver Ricky Stenhouse, so they are both known as Danicky.

So, literally moments after shutting down my computer yesterday, Fedex shows up with my box from from @smanson56 for winning his end of the LIF. I still can't post pics, but here's a list of what was in the box:

22oz bottle of Henniker Sour Flour
16oz bottle of Deciduous Sylph
12oz can of Great North IPA
12oz can of Henniker Hop Slinger
12oz can of Great North Tye Died

Not only are all these beers new to me, I've only ever heard of Smuttynose (who I'm a big fan of) & Stoneface, who I've never tried. Expect to see a couple entries on NBS tomorrow. Thanks much Smanson!

 

I like Kenseth. A good, smooth, clean, smart racer. I don't really know a nickname for him (and didn't recognize any of the on-line nicknames I saw) but for some reason "The Professor" pops into my head. And no, I didn't even try to look up any bikini pics for him. You're on your own there buddy!

 

Approaching the halfway point, Hambone has the lead. Been a fair number of lead changes though.

This will be the happiest box of beer I've ever sent out. Now, It's up to @strohme2 to set up the next stage of the LIF, and here's the rules @smanson56 set out at the beginning:

"I'm going to lay down some ground rules. First the box should be between 144oz's and 192oz's. The box needs to be made up of beers from the senders state only. I will allow the sender to add 1 can or bottle from outside there state. You can make up what ever you want for a contest to choose the winner of the box."
