Mikerphone when he starts canning 16oz or bottling 12oz. The bombers are already flying off the shelves in Chicagoland.

no idea but i'm always excited for what could happen next.

any new brewery opening up could be the next Tree House!

odds are it's not but i'm a glass half full guy, i like to think the best is yet to come.

Been hearing a lot about Aslin. Haven't had their beer but I think the hype is growing, or are they already considered hyped?

I already consider them top-notch, but I guess they don't get all recognition they deserve yet.

Foam in Burlington VT -- totally legit farmhouse/IPA brewery addition to an already stacked local beer scene. It's real early -- and they are tiny - but they got the good DNA.. Thx for the recommendation @cavedave

In the DMV region, I'd already consider Aslin Beer Co. a hyped brewery - they've got a beer in the top 250 and everything, plus @Xenoreactive has told me plenty of neckbeard horror stories.

I've also said repeatedly that The Veil Brewing Co. is going to explode in hype, and soon at that. I haven't had a beer from them that was less than a 4/5 yet, not to mention their IPAs are already landing stuff like Julius, Congress Street, and other assorted NE hops. Once they start releasing their wild ales and barrel-aged Sleeping Forever, we're going to finally have a full-blown whale brewery in the DMV. For better or worse.

Also, there's a small chance RAR and/or Manor Hill Brewing gain a ton of hype soon.

Depends on how you look at the definition of big time. In terms of buzz, The Veil has only been open since April but dominates an already rich central VA scene in terms of release commotion. And they haven't even started their sour side yet. But if big time translates to pumped up volume, reach and buzz combined, than once Hardywood builds their new, bigger brewery, they could position themselves to become quite an East Coast barrel aged beer juggernaut.

I have a feeling that when Godspeed Brewery is up and running in Toronto, a project headed by the former Dieu du Ciel! brewer, it will have a first class ticket on the hype train, and will likely deserve its seat at that.

Seems like there might be a difference between the next "big time brewery" (as in Lagunitas/Ballast Point/Oskar Blues?) versus "up and coming" (as in most peoples' suggestions here). But I'm down to hear what the reports are from various regions... +1 on Mikerphone (and maybe Spiteful) out of the Chicagoland area... let's hear and read more about the others. Cheers!

Maybe Holy Mountain here in Seattle, especially if the demand for Midnight Still and the variants is any indication
