The Pilsner, Pfaffenheck is roughly 33 IBU's. We use Czech Saaz, Hallertau Mitt. and Huell Melon. Old world meets a touch of new world hops.

    Glad you enjoyed the Morph!

Looking to make a trip tonight with some friends, do the food trucks stop by at night? Also looking forward to trying the harborside!

Can I ask roughly what the percentage of Saaz hops is? I thought I had figured out that the presence of Saaz hops is the key variable in whether I like or love a pilsner (and why I tend to prefer German over Czech pils). But if Pfaffenheck is heavy on the Saaz I'm going to have to go back to the drawing board since I loved it.

And the morph is as good as everyone has said - my new favorite next to the OHTT Idaho 7. Give that puppy a name and add it to the regular rotation!

Thanks! Just enjoyed another Morph, I'll likely pick some more up if see them tomorrow at my local. Hopefully there's Pfaffenheck as well, I'd like to give a full pint a go as opposed to just a sample.

Its 830A, anyone in line yet? Only half kidding! Planning on a 1030 arrival, any chance will be shut out on bottles? I mean, 350 people standing in line? That's almost worse then Tree House!

My inside sources tell me there is no line currently but tasting room is packed. They are about halfway through the bottles according to the Twitter.

Got in line at 1045, with my baby in a stroller. I brought food, blanket, toys, books, and water for her expecting a very long wait time. Have to say, super impressed with how NS handled this! Line was pretty deep when I got there, and they had staff going thru pre-checking IDs and a Mariachi Band kicking it under a tent. The line moved promptly at 11, and I was in the doors by 1120 or so. Inside is where the staff at NS really shined. I went to the Bottle Only line and saw 3 employees over that way by the back, and all they were responsible for was packaging El Lechedor in bags, 2 a piece. The line/mob (as they tell you to just walk to the bar) moved quickly because there were at least a dozen other employees behind the counter and were getting handed constant supplies of the El Lechador instead of them having to make multiple trips. Was back at the car by 1145 with my allotment.
I've read a lot of threads on here complaining about releases, or how it could be done better, and this was a prime example of a release DONE RIGHT. So, congrats to NS, and thank you for a job well done.

50 bottles left as of 15 minutes ago. I would suspect it's gone by now.

I love a nightshift but I can't understand how they are sooooo bad at determining turn out for thier releases/limits. They said on Twitter they expected this release to last most of the day. I could have told them there was no way that was realistic.

Good time at the release this AM. Line was about 120 deep when I got there. Once doors opened we were inside with our allotments enjoying a few pours within 15 minutes. Not at all surprised they sold out, but am surprised at how fast it happened.

Loved seeing Everett PD officer come in for his allotment, had a nice chat with him outside.

Loved the raspberry simple sour too. Great for summer!
