I'm looking for recommendations on sours that are super sour. The kind that make your face melt. Warhead-like.
As of now my favorites are Pear Bear, Grand Blanc & The Truffle. I've heard great things about Fuzzy but haven't landed one yet.
Any ideas on some others? Maybe even some easy obtainable ones?

Based on my experiences, I'd say the most sour ones I have had: Pear Bear, Skull Ole, Apricot Bu, Beauregarde.

I'd be curious what other people list as well.

FFF Icelandic Pants Of The Dead is pretty potent (it's currently one of my favorites), but it's only available on tap. I didn't really think that Pear Bear was extremely sour (BTW, I have a handful of Pear Bear available FT, if you're ISO). I've heard people refer to Upland Kiwi as one of the most extreme ones, but I haven't personally had it. I felt like the Upland Black Raspberry from last year was so extremely sour, it was virtually undrinkable for me.

Blackberry Katy by 2nd Shift was pretty doggoned sour. I loved it.

Nice, haven't got any upland yet but need to. I would like some more pear bear but doubt I have anything to trade as we're so close and probably have similar distro

You might be surprised, my Chicago guys get a LOT of good stuff we don't get in Indy. I regularly drive across state lines (OH, IL, KY, WI) to find different/better beer. We have some good local stuff, but Indy's out-of-state distro is pretty poor.

OEC Brewing makes them super sour sometimes on the verge of vinegar

Hey man, if you live in Chicago, go to Fresh Market Place on Western and give this one a shot:

I had a blueberry one with a trippy label a while back that was near undrinkable it was so sour, I'll see if I can figure it out. Really these over the top sour beers are not my cup of tea

The sourest beer I've ever had was Destihl's Wild Sour Series: Here Gose Nuthin'. It was beyond what I could enjoy. It actually made me more thirsty than before I had it.
