Didn't see a thread for this yet, curious if anyone has been down yet and how was it? Going to try this weekend. Thanks

I tried the hoppy wheat last week and thought it was great.

I got to try a little of the Pils and rather liked it. I'll be going up as soon as I can get some free time. I was going to go last Friday after Plan Bee, but the crazy storm cut my time short.

I stopped by on Friday. Nice space, and the beers they had available were great. I'm looking forward to seeing their portfolio expand. It's also a five-minute drive from Sloop, so quite possible to hit up both spots in an afternoon.

More info on what to expect from the Dan’s Darlings (25%) to the Crispy Littles (25%) to the mixed-fermented saisons (50%). Anyways, think I saw somewhere that they might be allowing growler fills this week:

I am definitely interested in trying this place out. Very cool that starting lineup.

Also, very cool that they open at noon on Fridays. For whatever reason, most breweries in the city and surrounding area don't open on weekdays until 4-5.

Great spot, kinda hard to find since there is no sign out from with their name. Old industrial building with a cafeteria-looking area in front of the walled off brewery. If it wasn't for the absolutely delicious beer one might not be eager to spend time in the mix and match looking room. Dan was filling and passing glasses and growlers through the window to his very pregnant wife, who took orders and payment. It was busy but both Dan and wife took time to hang with us for a bit after finding out we were friends of Derek Dellinger (Kent Falls). I suspect we are in for even more and better beer, you can see the barrels stacked in a back room, and Dan told us what was in them but I have forgotten at this point (long day, we hit MANY places as we had my son as a DD). Highly recommend a visit, and the topper is that Sloop is very close by and also doing wonderful things right now.

Have been there multiple times since they opened, and actually came on BA tonight to start this thread. Beer is fantastic. I've had some of Dan's stuff here and there over the years and expected nothing less. The low abv "session" or whatever you want to call it offerings they have currently are perfect for this time of year. Dan was awesome enough to share some of the Other Half colab they have coming out, and man, it was delicious. Oak aged, mixed ferm on sumac.

Really loved the Palatine Pilsner I tried yesterday in Brooklyn. Definitely looking forward to catching more Suarez treats around the city.

Was fortunate enough to try Hecto at Beernoggin's 1 year anny last weekend. Excellent pale.

Friends were up at the brewery on Saturday and brought back a growler of Hecto to split -- I agree it was excellent. If I didn't know who made it I would have assumed Hill Farmstead, which I guess makes sense.... I'm hoping to get up there sometime this month.

Found it to be very similar to Boat but more juicy/tropical. Their tap list was great yesterday, wanted to try more of their beer but after 3 or 4 and a buger I was too stuffed
