    I like:
    Virginia ham
    Swiss cheese
    Lettuce
    Ranch dressing
    On a Hoagie roll
    With a Session IPA

    A heartier choice:
    Meatball Parmesan
    With a DIPA/IIPA

    Your Beer n' sandwich combo?

    Salami on rye (or Garlic bread) with pepper jack, warmed up in a microwave, add some sharp mustard or a wee splash of salsa. IPA or an Amber Ale.

    Pastrami, preferably on rye, but I'm okay with it on a bagel if I need to, paired with funkwerks saison or tropic king.

    I would agree, unless you finish it on the grill for some char, then I go brown ale or porter.
