Good evening BA, hope everyone had a good Monday. Daily reviews:

My first Elevator Brewery beer. This was pretty nice. Nice head retention and lacing down the glass. Aromas and flavors of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread, and toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of nuttiness, raisin/plum/apple yeast, and herbal/floral/grassy/light peppery hops. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness. Medium bodied; nice bready creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly drying from bitterness. Very smooth and drinkable. Kind of a cross between Irish Red and ESB in flavors, but it is darn tasty. 3.68


Delicious Witbier! Fantastic head retention/lacing. Great appearance. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, pear, apple, orange peel, coriander, pepper, and clove; with moderate wheat/white bread malt; herbal/grassy spice and yeasty earthiness. Light herbal bitterness and yeast spice on the finish. Very smooth and fairly crisp; with nice grainy wheat creaminess in the mouthfeel; light-medium bodied and not too dry. Highly refreshing while being flavorful as a wit should be. This is spot on stuff. Loved it. 3.91


Finally getting this one out of the way. First major difference from the regular, this actually keeps head retention and lacing. This was really outstanding!! Aromas and flavors of huge caramel, brown sugar, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla, wood, cola, mint, nutmeg, licorice, light cocoa, and some toasty/bready notes; with herbal/spice earthiness. Solid herbal/spicy-like bitterness on the finish. Full bodied creamy/silky and light slick mouthfeel with light spice stickiness as well. Lightly drying on sweetness from spice; and never cloying. This was highly impressive for sure. Lots of nice well rounded complexities on spice and malt/sugary sweetness. Warming but dangerously drinkable finish. Definitely more refined than the base beer on complexity. 4.2
