    I hope you don't plan to change your BAD feedback for @-NESTO- when this is done? You made an excellent point about other people not lowering his trade reputation from 100%. You lowered it to 97%, which will give people a heads-up to read his feedback (and maybe this thread too) before deciding to trade with this trader. Hopefully, this will be the beginning of better habits.

    @-NESTO- I believe this entire community will consider this matter closed when you have delivered everything you promised in your end of the trade, and @zam216 reports back here that this is the case. Until then, you remain a Bad Trader. Given your track record as per the comments in your "100% feedback" you really need to reconsider how you interact with people here.

    Yes taking the beer was a mistake on my end. When I got the first message 20 minutes into my 1.5 hour drive at 8:30pm on a Thursday night (Work Night) I simply was going to just get over it as it was only one of the three beers I wanted. When I arrived at the location at 9:45pm and still had a long ride home I simply was going to take what was given hoping everything was right. Ill be honest I was so exhausted at this point when I looked at the given beers I was not even registering what was there until I got home to look up the ratings on what I was given. At this point I realized the MC was missing and most of the beers were sub par at best. Not excusable on my part but a valid reason. As for the value spent that you bring up I did not ask for the beers you gave, you threw them in in hopes to make up what was done on your part. I am well aware of what was spent on my part not including the waiting in 3 different lines to get these beers and the original trade was close to even. As for the communication I offered 3 times to communicate through cell phone to make it easier on you because most people check their cell phone at least every hour which is a generous estimate and you ignored all attempts for this. I gave you the benefit of the doubt during the last month that life was in the way. It took for me to pretty much force the trade and say I was driving all the way to you, ~2 hours away, for you to finally agree on a meeting. Im sorry this had to happen this way but I didn't know what else to do.

    Wow what a load.

    Here is what you shoulda said-

    "I am sorry. I fucked up. I am to blame. I will make this up to partner to his satisfaction no matter what it takes. I have a busy life and it is hard for me to keep commitments, in the future I won't trade unless I have the beer in hand and have the time to make the trade. Again, my apologies for this which is 100% my fault and inexcusable. Thanks"

    Nesto has sent out 2 beers (the original Mexican cake and a Huna) to make up for the mistake. I will update when the beers are received and the trade officially closed and fixed.

    A prime example of why it's not enough to just look at someone's percentage – better to actually scan through previous feedback left and take note of any neutral feedback and/or less-than-glowing comments before proceeding.

    Also: props to the previous traders like @WBruder, who left Okay feedback, rather than noting significant problems in the comments and then leaving Good feedback anyway, as so many seem to do.

    Yeah I agree people need to take advantage of the feedback system more and use the ok and bad trade buttons when necessary. I have been one to just see 100% and assume all is good. I won't do that anymore

    It boggles my mind how people can make something as easy as beer trading so difficult. Terrible communication, obvious intentions to scam op and a clown like attitude. @-NESTO- This game ain't for you bro, it's obviously too hard.

    Nah, twice he said "should of" when it was supposed to be "should have" and once he said "would of" when it should be "would have". :grinning:

    The beers have arrived. Nesto gave me a hunapu, mexican cake, w00t stout and a du claw retribution 2013 which i'm more than happy with. He fulfilled his part on making this trade up to me. Thanks everyone for the help with this.
