Looks like I know what I'll be visiting right before the AC Beer Fest.

We are very excited to announce our next Foster the Funk release! Saison de Violaceae is an oak fermented Brett Saison brewed with locally foraged Wisteria blossoms. An eight month barrel maturation, followed by ten months of bottle conditioning, developed this dry and rustic saison. It showcases an elegant complexity of earthy funk, stone fruit, light peppery spice, and a rounding floral presence reminiscent of herbal honey. Bottles will be released at the brewery on Sunday August 7th. Allotments and price to be announced.

Picked up 3 bottles and brought home a growler of mountains. Anybody crack one of theirs open yet? If so, thoughts?

Have been to their brewery on way to AC (highly recommend stopping by)

Their beers are very good and underrated in my opinion.

Same can be said for their Berliner's/Table Sours; nonetheless, curious how this collab turned out

    News Letter

    IPA:
Introducing Hop Revolver, a constantly changing DIPA. For this first batch we chose to build a soft, full, oat heavy backbone which will complement the copious amounts of Citra and Equinox hops that we use at the end of the boil and for the dry hop.
    Sours:
Then you are in luck next month. Expect to see Twyla, our Blueberry Cobbler Table Sour, back on tap! Twyla is soured to a light refreshing tartness with lactobacillus and aged on blueberries, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans. Alongside of Twyla, we brewed more Parum Sole, our Citra dry hopped Table Sour. We didn't stop there - we also brewed a small batch of our Gose. This batch was brewed with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt as well as coriander.
    Bottle Release:
Shinning World and Hidden Tunnel are both mixed fermentation Golden Sours, fully fermented and matured in oak barrels. Shining World had a secondary refermentation on tart cherries, while Hidden Tunnel refermented on blackberries. Both beers have a low bottle count, so there will be limits. Please track the release date by following our social media accounts

Stopped in for a few growler fills last night, Twyla and hop revolver will be available in 2 weeks, and the gose sometime next week. Drinking some Quattrain right now, hazy deliciousness..
