    What's "select" about it? Curious.
    If it's less or no, corn smell/taste, then I wouldn't mind trying. (1)
    It's that corn smell that I don't like about AALs, and had me thinking ('til I was about 25) that I don't like beer. :slight_frown:,,,,,,

    Had a great hike despite the crazy heat. Must've a bunch of rain here last week, many of the run-offs still had h2O in them. A myriad of colorful mushrooms I've never seen before, blue, orange & purple ( each a different color ), plus some other fungi I've never encountered. Also got to play tag with a couple of fawns for about a mile, never saw Mama. Glad my knee held up.

    This might be my favorite of CW's Brewer's Reserve series. Rich malt, vanilla, molasses, oak, bourbon. Just fantastic.

    I now have one left. Luckily, the 2016 version should be hitting here within the next few weeks!

    Going to enjoy this one and start reading my NFL Preview magazine. Hard to believe, but it is under a week until my Packers report to camp! :grimacing: Have a great Thursday night BAs, I'm sure I'll be checking back in when this treat is done.

    Solid body, little bit of chew; tongue-gripping bitterness...

    Features Rakau, Kohatu, and Wakatu hops from NZ (never heard of any of them before :flushed:)... 8% abv...

    No food pics! :confused: I know, it's weird now, right?

    Yes it was well worth it..... So amazing. I wouldn't even hold onto any to age. As with all of Prairie's flavored imperial stouts, this is incredible.

    For the last New Beer Thursday in the first house I owned, I cracked open a Central Waters 16 and found it delicious.

    It's been a great time in my basement bar here (aptly named Chris' Chocolate Shop), and according to Untapped, it's been 815 beers. Great run.
