Delicious as usual. Flavors of juicy watermelon, strawberry, lemon, pear, apple, light banana/clove, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and herbal hops. Light herbal bitterness/yeast spiciness on the finish. Smooth/crisp/drying finish with moderate wheat creaminess in the mouthfeel. Highly refreshing. Great balance of the watermelon, yeast, and malt flavors; with zero artificial jolly rancher vibes. Been grabbing singles, and will continue to do so through the summer(while I can).

Last years batch is tasting great! Definitely mellowing out on the spruce, but not too much. Flavors of big lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, spruce, and pine; with some light-moderate honey/bready malt balance; and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Large sized pine/rind/spicy bitterness; with an increasingly dry sticky/resinous finish; with light malt creaminess. Minimal astringency. A definite polarizing beer for sure, but I love weird beers as it is. Still have 3 more left. New batch is coming on in soon.

Always excellent IPA. Flavors of bright grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, and pine hops; with some light caramel/bready malt balance; and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/rind/grassy bitterness; balanced sticky/resin mouthfeel with grainy creaminess. Moderate increasing dryness with zero hop astringency. Highly drinkable! Classic tasting C-hopped IPA. Glad they date the 6 pack holders now.

Outstanding DIPA, my last bottle. Flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, passion fruit, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel, and pine; with moderate honey, caramel, toasted bread malts. Medium pine/rind bitterness; with a sticky/resinous and fairly creamy medium-full body mouthfeel. Moderate dryness and super smooth. I love Mosaic hops, hope they make this again next year for sure.

Adagio is finally getting an album out after 7 years. Can't wait, should be by the end of 2016. Neoclassical prog metal.

Next up is no surprise. Citra Hero from Revolution.

I need to stop the "maybe I'll buy another sixer" and just bite the bullet. This beer is so damn good. And with Mosaic Hero next up in the order, it's safe to say that Rev will be taking my money for a while.

    Enjoy your Friday everyone!

    Bottled : Oct 01 2015.

Surprised the espresso beans held up. Malty up front with bitter hop profile bite back bone and ends with a sweet caramel cocoa nib finish. Almost like a more caramel up front Mocha IPA .

There was a time in NYC when you would walk down a street and there would be a 3 card Monty game going on. (if you don't know what that is check out the Run-DMC video below) It would be uncomfortable but entertaining because you knew it was a con and the rube was going to lose all his money. I also felt a little superior because I knew it was a con. Later on I would sometimes feel a little guilty because I could have said something. Than I realized that guy was a rune and if it wasn't 3 card Monty, he would have given his money to the fake Rolex guy 2 blocks over.
I kind of feel that way tonight.

Oh by the way, I'm drinking Kane Head High dry hopped with Galaxy
