I heard they should be releasing redeye November this year as well. I really liked that one. More than ground state for sure. Not that GS was bad but redeye was on a different level.

As long as nobody's asking, I vote for BBA German Chocolate Cake.

And for making the Week of Logic a semi-annual event.

They said they only made (about) two to three barrels of the BA Cobaltic, so it's only going to be released every once in a while on draft at the tasting room. No bottling or wide release.

I'm kind of hoping that they do a BA scotch or old or BW ale next. Partially because I'm curious to see what they come up with, but mainly for avoiding the hype-train madness.

I also vote for the BBA german chocolate cake to be bottled. The beer really shined in the barrel. Maybe they can make a different event every quarter with special releases. Week of logic is supposed to be their anniversary week celebration. I really don't like the madness it brings, but I love the beer it brings out.

Apologies on the ignorance, are the bottle logic releases brewery only, or do they make it to distro? I'm in the SF and Santa Rosa area for the next couple of days... Would love to find a bottle or tap somewhere. Thanks!

Releases are brewery-only, sometimes in-person sometimes online. They see very very limited distro, like maybe 8-10 stores around the brewery.

I don't see BottleLogic draft down here in San Diego so I doubt they would get all the way up north to SF, but hey stranger things have happened.

Oh yeah, I made good on my promise to send out my first FO bottle in a ty box instead of trying to trade. It now sits in WI with @Kjcobus

This either means you have several bottles or you have impressive BA restraint from just opening the bottle and drinking it.

Regardless, cheers on keeping your word. To a large degree, its what's separates the best of us from the worst of us.

I had restraint (but yes I do have multiple bottles), but also with multiple bottle releases lately and picking up my bruery allocations for the past 3 months the same day as picking up FO, I had more than enough other beer to drink in the mean time.

We'll be pouring about 50 gallons (that's all there is this year) of the finished Bourbon Barrel Aged Cobaltic Porter alongside the fresh batch that's due out in mid August.

Our next Stasis Project bottle release will be "Stronger Than Fiction," a Bourbon Barrel Aged American Strong Ale finished on Coldbot Coffee Beans, Coconut and Almonds! This is slated for a late August release, but as ever, we'll let the beer guide us.

This sounds too awesome not to have that train plowing through, but I'll be ready.

Was thrilled to receive it! Couldn't sit on it very long. It was damn delicious. He's a good dude. Hope to do more ty boxes and trades both ways in the future.

Study Break - American Dark Lager finished with vanilla beans, coconut, toasted almonds and cocoa nibs.

15 gallon "one off" is on tap today, but I'm not going to be able to make it over there before it's dust. Would someone kindly provide an honest no hype/whalez-bro reveiw?
