Good morning! Southern Tier Harvest. This one is as fresh as it gets. it's an Extra Special/ Extra Strong Bitter. pours clear and orange with a tan head that lasted well. Effervescing. Citrus y crisp orange peel. Fresh tangy spice and twigs. Biscuity malt. Smooth and long. Nice and creamy but with a mellow but very deep toastiness. silky hops give chic citrusy flavor. Bubbly. Bitter finish to linger firm and to show off a little. The hops never take the middle as fresh they are. So succulent and the beer finishes malty. Gently with tall sweet grasses that are juicy with stems that have a somwhat bitter and sticky sap. Fresh soft herbal. Light peppery bitterness as the toasty malt finishes round. Exemplary.

Good morning BAs! Maria, I'll join you for Brit-style breakfast beer:

Very good! Think I'll pass on the rest of the breakfast - blood sausage, baked beans, cooked tomatoes - although I could use some lamb or venison sausages and some Weetabix.

    Morning everyone,
So I don't like order picking! but being English in Quebec sometimes doesn't leave you with many options... So I always try to show my supervisors that I can think my way through things so I get the better (less physically demanding) jobs lol. Last night my boss decided to switch people around so everyone can do everything, I understand but am not happy about it, oh well. So I went back and picked 1120 boxes in 6 hours (8 hour shift minus breaks and shift meetings) I'm feeling pretty accomplished. So sorry for the long bit about the job but it's getting to my point of why I am having this well deserved beer today, It is my first time trying it do to lack of availability in Canada! Lagunitas IPA! Cheers!

Good morning. Something new to start the day - Bell's 'The Oracle' a DIPA ringing in at 10%

Strong hoppy nose and powerful bitter from start to long linger. Citrus peel with semi sweet caramel malt below the surface. The alcohol leaves a bit of solvency in my mouth. Otherwise medium lite body and dry, with a little resin residue. Bitter lemon rind aftertaste. A strong DIPA, but too bitter for me. Cheers!

We hosted a party yesterday (It was a cooking swirl starting at 6 AM and did not post), so today starts off slow and easy. We have some beer left in the cooler and beer fridge. Sorry we are not all closer.
