Figured I'd start a thread for these guys, as I'm excited for what they have in store.

Owner John-Anthony Gargiulo along with brewers Michael Renganeschi and Jason Synan (both previously at Brewery at Bacchus) will oversee a 30-barrel system and are currently working on overhauling their huge space.

Their traveling barrel program has been fun to follow, including future barrel-aged collaborations with Kent Falls Brewing and Sloop.

Their collaboration with Stillwater, Hopvine Bling, was a treat.

Their collaboration with Threes Brewing, Half Serious, was utterly fantastic and can be tried on-tap at Threes in Brooklyn.

I was lucky enough to sample Make Believe, their sour farmhouse aged in oak wine barrels & dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy. It's one of the better sours I've had in the last year.

Finally, Soleil, their mixed culture fermentation sour aged with pineapples in oak wine barrels, then dry-hopped with marigold flowers and rose petals was named one of Playboy's (lol) best American beers made with fruit.

Few photos I took of their space a few weeks ago. Looking forward to them opening. Looks like the tasting room is going to be quite a ways out at the very least, but hopefully they'll sell beer out of the garage in the brewery sooner than that.

Amulet is absolutely fantastic. Bacchus was one of the best kept secrets in NY and I cannot wait for what these guys are able to do with their new facility and resources

    Posted on FB last night:
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves, but we are releasing Make Believe tomorrow.

Sour farmhouse ale aged in oak wine barrels & hopped with Citra & Mosaic.

Hudson Valley Brewery Hudson Valley tomorrow, Albany on Friday, NYC on Monday."

Hmm time to go medieval on the ice on my driveway or I'm not going anywhere. This is excellent motivation though.

Holy shit, just had Make Believe and it is an amazingly delicious beer. Not sure how far or to where this is going but I highly recommend getting a few glasses of this.

I second this. I tracked down Amulet and wasn't wowed, but had this and could have drank a gallon.
