Same...honestly would have preferred the pumpkin beer in there in lieu of the Hoppy Red.

Wow that sounds good. Much better options than the Summer pack.

Great lineup! Between this and the SN Fall variety pack and all of the Oktoberfests I am going to be very happy this Autumn.

Ah, that uncomfortable moment when you start seeing marzens and pumpkin ales appear on the shelf for the first time and it's 102 degrees outside (in Kansas at least..) I'll definitely buy this 12 pack of for no other reason than to tick 3-4 new beers

Looked for, but didn't find, this today at Costco. :slight_frown:
Appeared they were down to their last three Sam Adams Summer Variety packs (oddly placed atop a palette of Sierra Nevada).
I figured I'm a day or two early.

Have been passing on this the last few years but this lineup has me intrigued... Will be buying this year's to give it a go... I'm a sucker for maple and hoppy red ales so....

I have had the Hoppy Red before and I too am wondering about the other three. The pack is in my area now but I passed on it because there were other things I was buying and the store I was in had it priced a little high; maybe when I am out and about this weekend I will pick it up.

I picked it up here at Ralph's this morning for $10.99 a twelver when you buy two. Score.

It is odd that it's not included. Far as I can remember, Sam Adams primary seasonal (O'Fest, Winter Lager, Cold Snap, & Summer Ale) is featured in the seasonal variety pack along with their secondary seasonal (according to the official Sam website these are currently 20 Pounds of Pumpkin, White Christmas, Crystal Pale Ale, and Porch Rocker).

List looks great, just wish they would do their Brick Red instead of the Hoppy Red. The Brick red has limited distro and is criminally good.

All were subpar except for bonfire blonde, which was imo exceptional. I don't know who added it as a "blonde ale" but that was incorrect. Anyways, it's smokier than expected and if you're a rauchbier fan then it is worth trying if you can get it alone.

No Harvest Saison? :slight_frown: And stop putting Boston Lager in everything. Only people that drink it are people that think anything other than Bud Light is "fancy beer".

I came across this pack again at a better price (well for my area that is, I get sad when I see what some people are able to pay for beer outside of my part of PA :grimacing:) but I decided to pass on it again after I thought about it because I had a feeling that this would be the consensus and I have had three of the six beers numerous times now so...

But I did end up picking up a sixer of 20 pounds of pumpkin and it's enjoyable and worth a shot if you like pumpkin beers.
