Not on Friday, which is why people were walking out with more than they could carry. Good way to extend the kegs a bit seeing as everyone there was going to order whatever amount they could. It's Atrial, it's like bearded hipster crack.

I just wish they were pieous close to jester King so it would be a viable pre/post meal.

I also demand my food be devout. When it is not I go all Spanish inquisition on it.

Have you tried the Willie pizza at Stanley's?

I did Saturday and it was by far my favorite.

It's my favorite pizza at Stanley's, but it's nothing close to Pieous.

Pieous does have some good pastrami. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and go to via313.

I've been, Pieous still reigns supreme, but as my original post said, if noble pig was closer, it would make that decision harder.

A little late to the party here, but I managed to find the "sweet spot" on Saturday. Rolled up around 2:15 and had Atrial bottles by 2:20. Draft was gone, but no biggie.

In regards to Noble... that hog roast was awesome! I'm glad that I can essentially walk to Noble from my house... that Duck Pastrami...

Loved it, but it was my first taste, so I can't compare to previous batches. It was a great lemon-raspberry dance of sour-sweet flavors. The nose got super sweet, almost sugary syrup sweet, but the flavor is much more farmhouse tart.

My cruddy review, such as it is:

I thought the Gotlandsdricka I had on that Friday was better than Atrial, so that ought to be enough for almost everyone here to completely discount my opinion. And I liked Atrial.

Sin Frontera, Coquetier, Repose, Fantome del Rey, Buford's, Black Metal, Funk Metal, Boxer's, Snorkel, Das Uberkind, BdBdB, BdS, Aurelian, the Dichotomous one with melon. I haven't had Shatrial or Gin Barrel Nocturn or a couple other random notable fruit ones. I'd put some of the hoppy offerings and some of the drier, less tart saisons on par with Atrial. Not all, by any means, but some of them.

Fair enough. People have all different tastes and I respect that. To each their own.
