    A day off. Leaving later today to attend my 50th High School Reunion. I haven't seen most of my classmates for 25 years. Should be an interesting weekend.

    Happy Friday folks! Beautiful morning here in Fort Lauderdale, and this tasty Seven Day Sour from Trinity Brewing seemed like a perfect beverage for a dip in the pool. Cheers!

    Good morning BAs! It's starting to be a lovely day here in NW PA - sunny and clear when was outside picking up apples and relocating them into the "garden". Still a bit chilly - definitely can tell fall's just around the corner. Today's breakfast beer:

    I threw this in the beer cooler yesterday -- forgot I bought it. And I also didn't realize it's 12% ABV until after I opened it :slight_frown:. I do not do well with high ABV in the morning, so we'll see. Only bought a single bottle which is good, because I don't like it. Syrupy mess.

    Good morning friends!
    Enjoying this very fine IPA from Stoneface Brewing from NH. Always wanted to try it but finally got a chance.
    I would put it right in the big leagues. Very refined yet the full on citrus and tropical assault. Great hop bite without any resin or strong bitterness. Very very drinkable.
    Loved it! Pleasing yeast aftertaste.
    Now onto clip those blades of grass. Cheers!

    I like it a lot. I think it is a little sweeter and "peatier" than Backwoods. I met one of the CW brewers at a tasting/dinner where this beer was being poured/paired, week or so ago, and he thought my musing a fair observation...nice guy, and an outstanding Scotch Ale, IMO...cheers!
