    Went for the dry-hopped saison from Finback, Matter & Memory...

    Got some grape and melon, bit of biscuit, herbal and grassy elements, yeasty tang, a little more bittering than the typical saison; light feeling, amply carbonated, very drinkable...

    Always glad to make someones day just a tad bit brighter. Few things are held in such high regards as GotD honors :rolling_eyes:. I believe it goes something like this (from low to high):

    Beer, Significant Other, Beer, Glass of the Day, First Born Child....    in that order.
    Maybe change the Beer parts around, depending on who is watching :stuck_out_tongue: . Cheers!

    Little tropical sweet and more balanced than some may like, but I think the sweet notes carry the tropical fruit well. Bitterness could be a little more aggressive a little earlier, but not by much.
