Same beach really! I have had many 120s throughout the years, but I was not into this 2015 one (it felt like an alcohol bomb without much nuance). I enjoyed the Palo Santo Marron much more, it's flavor was much more complex and deeper. I hope you enjoy your visit there! I'll be hitting the brewpub again on Friday when they come out with the brewpub exclusives.

Also, since you will be close by, you may want to visit the brewery, which is only about 15-20 minutes away. The free samples (60 min & Festinna Pecce were two everyone had to get, the other two you can pick from others such as Burton Barton & Palo Santo Marron, etc.). The samples are very generous served in a small snifter, and the amount was more than the flights at the brewpub which were a considerable charge for flights (mainly because of the beers I picked). Sadly, they did not have any 120 min either at the brewpub or brewery for sale, and the local liquor stores were charging 14.99 for a bottle!

Back to work tomorrow night unfortunately but Founders launches in WV soon enough so that's always fun to look forward to.

 

Foam Brewers was the highlight of my recent trip to Vermont. Been open for 3 months. Both their double IPA's (Built to Spill and Pavement) were exceptional, had to bring some back

Wow. Yesterday was a busy day not only for myself, but for the faithful post-ers on this fine thread. We celebrated a birth (congrats and cheers to @dszok !), and some birthdays. We also saw some fine ware, I must say. From plastic to ceramic, mugs to goblets, traditional to resourceful, brand spanking new to thrift store old, and even from Pink Floyd to pink dots ! You all made today's Glass of the Day Awards a very difficult judgement call for The Staff.

GotD: I think everyone who stayed up last night saw this one coming. Welcome back to the winner's circle, BA's, @dcotom . Thistles. You all know by now that they win, but this one is incredible! Cheers and congrats!
2nd: @SawDog505 had continuous use of this fine symmetric vessel . I used the first of his post because I thought it showcased it the best, but I loved the Speedway post.
3rd: I had to through at least one mugshot in here, so @wiscokid920 , nice and proper ceramic ware for that FBS.

Honorable Mentions ! For a GotD first, I'm stumped! Too many to chose from but I can't pick them all. Gotta give them a fair chance for the next day, so @BeerVikingSailor for a sweet Heileman glass stein, and to @jzeilinger for a classic Cantillon goblet, the honors go to you.

Took a little beer break but I'm back, finishing my last of this variant, Galxaxy O'dub...

Any more than these hops will pick themselves!

Not the ideal day with killer humidity to be indulging in a triple IPA while bringing in the remaining crop, but the heat is starting to ruin some cones. Seems like yesterday that they were sprouting from the ground. A friend is brewing a centennial IPA so he'll appreciate them. Don't know about you, but I'm looking forward to the weekend!

A quick one before heading down to the beach. Maryland's own Rubber Soul Brewing Belgian Pale Ale. Dry hopped with what tastes like Citra.
