Purging Conversations Starts September 1, 2016

Heads up! We're cleaning your Inboxes starting September 1, 2016. Conversations (private messages) that were last replied to two or more years ago will be permanently deleted as part of our regular daily maintenance.

Example:

Deleted: a conversation that was started on January 1, 2014 and last replied to on August 12, 2014.​

Not Deleted: a conversation that was started on January 1, 2014 and last replied to on August 12, 2016.​

Please copy or print anything that you need saved before September 1, as deleted conversations will not be recoverable by us.

 

Update: I was traveling on Sep 1, so I opted to wait to enable this. I'm back now and purging will run for the first time later tonight; midnight PDT.

This is your last chance to print or copy and paste any old messages that you'd like to save.
