Do Treehouse and Trillium have these kinds of lines?

I went to Treehouse last October on a Saturday. The main cans they had were Julius and Haze. I got in line at about 9:15, 45 minutes before open. I was about 60 deep at that point. I got cans by 11. Looked like most people who arrived by 10 got full allotments.

I'm sure it's only got worse since then and days with King Julius or another double IPA are probably shit shows as well. At least it's not near freezing temperature in Torrance.

I couldn't stop laughing, I always check before I leave to work to see how early people go each week as Im curious, my GF would seriously start to consider taking me to AA even more if I started getting in line that early.

    Damn for real?

I remember I was able to pick up Spock it like around 3pm no problem, and Dreaming of the usual had the same amount of cases.

Yeah all cans gone. Both beers available on draft though. I couldn't hang out longer so I'll come back later to try

I wish monkish would just look at the people bringing dollys and forklifts or whatever and just tell them to gtfo. No way those are getting drank. Probably not even traded

Lines were by far the worst I've seen. Got there at 7 and missed out on wristbands by about 15-20 ppl. They reduced allocations to 3/1 after the last wristband so at least walked away with cans of both.

Single tasting better than the double on draft right now.

Don't post on here much, but can we talk about this? I've had my own opinions of the monkish line ride, but this is pretty telling IMO...

    Caption is as follows:

grumpyjunglistThe ugliness of craft beer. Watched this dude barf in his hand and push it back in, and keep walking for a place to crash out. "Buddies" show up to give him water and to wake him up for cans

    jesus

i'm not one to take the high road on many things, but man.. i would maybe expect this kind of thing from like 17 year olds. it seems like at a certain point in your life you move past drinking in parking lots in the wee hours of the morning

Bars/breweries don't serve patrons anymore when they appear intoxicated. He should not have been sold cans. Awful.
