Pineal 2 different batches. The one on the left from 7-26 and the one on the right 8-24. I definitely prefer the one from 7-26. A little malty, huge tropical notes, vanilla and citrus flavors that linger. Let them age folks.

Hoi is decent. A little warm due to the trip home. Easy drinker.

I have 3 cans (one each of today’s release). My ‘plan’ is to age them for two weeks before drinking these beers. Do you have a personal preference for when is the best aging time?

    Cheers!

I generally like to wait 3-5 days before even opening an TH can. I plan on having a few Technicolor, Mango Milkshakes, and Strawberry Shakes this Saturday though!

I had a Pineal from the 7/26 release the other night and much preferred it fresh. Was still good and drinkable though.

I had another hop hands from last week's release tonight and it's not getting better. That beer is just sad now.

Glad i didn't buy any. Ive learned my lesson unfortunately.
Whats funny is the buzz for that beer across the country, trade wise. If they only knew.

They are pretty cold to start, but the one I had tonight warmed up while I listened to the AHA webinar. I only picked up the 4 pack to compare it to a clone I just kegged tonight. My hydrometer sample had so much more hop flavor than than the Hop Hands. There is only a little aroma with HH and the flavor is just a little tart and sweet with that oat finish in the background. It could be oxidation with the canning, but I'm not sure. I always choose Saison Hands on draft when I'm there because I rather not be disappointed.

We don't know how many Florid and Florid dry hop bottles are going to be available yet, correct?

FWIW, I got there at Noon today and waited a whole 5 minutes before walking out with 2x Pineal and 1x HoiOligoi. I understand Hoi is sold out now, with Pineal not too far behind.

I am liking these most recent releases...

I'm really liking the Hoi Oligoi. I like it A LOT more than Hoi Polloi. Very much in line with their other ipas. A pleasant surprise. Should have bought more than 1 4-pack.

Well shucks. That's what happens when you name a new beer after an unpopular previous beer though. I knew Pineal wouldn't let me down.
