I hope Pig Beach. That beer is delicious for the abv. Mylar Bags was good, but I didn't entirely understand the rave.

Had a quick pour in line at Finback, wasn't getting all that fruitiness, but still delicious, dank as fuck. Can't wait to sit down and try a can!

Green Diamonds, Forever Ever, a new Motueka/(I forget) beer and a new beer made with two South African hops.

As an aside, Mylar Bags may be the best OH beer yet.

They must have more Stunts stored in back, because they just posted an hour ago that they had 50 cases of Simcoe left and "plenty" of Stunts, which implies more than 50 cases of that. I could be reading that wrong though.

I got there a little bit before 2pm and they were sold out of Diamonds, and ACE (Ace sold out about 10 minutes before I got there). Went inside and got both and preferred Diamonds by far.

However, Mylar Bags stole the show for me. Definitely not disappointed that I missed out on the cans, though, I like Diamonds -- glad I didn't drop $36 on cans.

Mylar makes my top 3-5 for OH though.

First OH can release experience was great. Met some really nice people. Snagged my allotment and 2 growlers (can't wait for Mylar Bag growler). Looks like we could've shown up later and got the full allotment too but where's the fun in that!? Thanks to all who helped me. Finally home, Space Diamond chilling in the freezer. Can't wait to pop it!

How have the lines for can release been? Been once months ago. But don't know if I want to fly back out, stand in line for 3+ hours, head back to EWR and fly home again.

Lines are still pretty long but there really is no reason to wait in them. You can walk in around 11:30 - 12 get a full allotment if you wish and wait in no line.

I cant remember the last release this wasn't the case. Maybe two weeks ago for just The Veil collab but im pretty sure if you were there by 12 you go that.

This release was hands down the best of the year, imho. quality of beers + ease of attainment = awesomeness.

This, especially coming off the heels of the TD/Greenprint/SoS/BD release. That release was stupidly hot, the line moved slow and the beers were mediocre at best.

@Kanger Can you check your PM's here? Had a question about lost and found at OH and was hoping you could help me out. Thanks.

Nice meeting everyone on Saturday for my first OH release. Thanks to Big Anthony for all of your tips and tricks. Had one of each so far and as good as Space Diamonds and ACE are that Simcoe and Boogie Board are legit. Wish I had had that Boogie Board all summer.

To follow up in case anyone else might be able to help, I lost my keys at some point Saturday, and there's a chance they could have fallen out of my pocket at Other Half. If anyone happened to find any, please let me know. Thanks.

@makalarch You guys did hit the best OH release since last year by far. Enjoy your hauls and really hope to see you three again sometime soon!

And did you happen to make it to LIC? Pile of Crowns is really, really good.

Didn't make it over, we had a bbq to get back to in Philly with the haul that we got and google told us that while we were in line for beer everyone and their mom was involved in a car accident so it took us awhile to get home. Ran over to the Whole Foods down the street though and picked up more Afterimage. Been reading the reviews on Crowns though and many seem to agree with you. Our favorite of the night though was the growler of Mylar Bags that we had with dinner. Let me know if you guys ever make it down to a Tired Hands release!
