    Where Lord Byron was inspired to write his epic poem, "The Prisoner of Chillon" after visiting here in the Summer of 1816.

    Oh well. Breaking into my last four pack of this. Hopefully will have fresh stuff soon.

    Today and today only I am going to save one dish and make another. I was inspired by Upstate's Double IPA. it had flavors of grapefruit , sage and thyme. So today I have a grapefruit some sage and some "thyme." Get it? :grinning:

    (Ala lawrence welk . . to go with the velvet melodees we gonna velvet the chicken . . .)

    Good morning BA! No beer pix this morning - JK snifter wasn't quite clean enough. The breakfast beer was Real Ale's Three Lions - kind of tastes like Lemon Pledge when cold. After taking out my brother's dogs, unleashing the chickens, and cleaning the turtles, all of which allowed the beer to warm to RT, the furniture polish taste is gone and it becomes slightly above average. I was donating my three four-year old red ears (pix in the last NBS) to a fellow collector who has a private pond but he gave me three of this year's hatchlings so it looks like I'm back in the turtle business.

    They are all within a few days of the same age, so you can tell who eats the most!
