Also when your kids start to take a shine to "craft sodas".........We found a craft soda and candy shop in Frankfort, IN. and my kids were acting like I act in a beer store, making their mixed six packs and such, weighing options in order to stay within a target spend amount....

When you spend an hour in a bottle shop or beer section looking at everything and purchase nothing....

 

You have family that lives in a different state than you, and you have scouted out the bottle shops in their town, and have them bring you beers when you have family get togethers.

Seriously are considering taking a 2 hour drive to buy one specific beer because you couldn't find it anywhere closer although you have the brewers entire lineup in your store.

 

You have bottles upon bottles in your cellar waiting for the right occasion!

 

You bring your own beer to EVERY party you go to for one of two reasons:

1. Your host, a fellow beer geek will enjoy them also
2. You cannot trust your non-beer-geek host to have something you can drink.

 

You're a Beer Geek when you feel sorry for those who aren't.
