why is a new monthly thread needed for every brewery that gets more then like 2 pages worth of messages? maybe i missed the explanation at somepoint in the past... seems like a waste to me

Some breweries have a lot of pages each month, some do not every month but do some months (like Kane bottle release months). Monthly threads are easier to read and people tend to read the first post more often which is good if commonly requested info is written. Long multi-month threads can contain outdated and no longer correct info. Monthly threads do not. I know I've looked up info on a thread and got old, incorrect information that was corrected on much later posts. More reasons exist. Hope this helps. I included a link to the new month for people who want to update their watched threads. I started doing the Kane monthly thread because I was asked to do it. Monthly threads mean your brewery is now one of the big boys. Cheers.

Yea I don't see the need for monthly threads but that's just my $0.02

Personally love the monthly threads...bit of a pain to unwatch the previous month and then start to watch the current months but find it much easier to follow and less 'chatter' about older posts...

    Happy weekend all!!

Thanks for sharing, I didn't realize they were part of this again. I just signed up! It's pretty awesome getting 5 gallons of Kane wort to play around with.

Hopefully nowhere near the brewery... if they show up anytime soon, they'll have to go on the roof... space is getting pretty tight in here.

Last year for my birthday, I somehow ended up with two pitchers of it at AP Biergarten. Best birthday ever.

Drift line is awesome! Hoping to see some of the crazy variants last year - only got to try vanilla. Bring on the bourbon soaked oak chips, coffee and brown sugar...

I loved the Coffee last year and the vanilla. I didn't get to try the other ones.
