    1) Already said I made a mistake on that.

    2) The price I used for YR was based off a picture I saw on facebook from a grocery store selling it for 12,99,

    3) But, if you want it based off of Spec's prices for Community and YR, then it still comes down to .160/oz for Community and .189/oz for YR.

Still not the .02 you were claiming.

    4) I am quite content with A Pale Mosaic to be honest, but YR is still delicious, and I don't have an issue paying the price. I just found their price point interesting...

I'm going to waste my money on alcohol one way or another, now I get to have YR in my fridge for less than previously.

As Barney would say, just hook it to my veins

I have sent these numbers off to my friend (a mathematician) to calculate the price per.....oh hell who cares. It is out in 4 packs and it is dated, that is all that matters. FYI I pay the $15 for sculpin when I want it and don't really give a rats ass. If you like it then buy it, if not then don't. I really enjoy this beer, but never bought a single bottle of it, but probably 15+ growlers. I will now stock up my fridge.

Too much math on this forum. I am still stoked that SA Endeavor is in a can with a date on the bottom... Yellow Rose in a smaller format is just a bonus.

Canned Endeavor and dated YR. Excellent news on both fronts.

I stopped buying Yellow Rose out here in the sticks because I had no idea how long it had been sitting. It will hit my fridge now when I see it fresh. I also wish it was cans, but small format and cheaper is a great step forward.

And it will be nice to revisit Endeavor. Right or wrong, I always feel cans keep an IPA fresh a bit longer.

All depends on how low a brewery can keep that DO. Our DO levels are <20 ppb on all packaging formats. Though cans have the added benefit of no light, stays colder longer, and the seal on the lid has less oxygen ingress than caps. As it's been stated before, packaging equipment is expensive.

I'm so glad I started reading this thread again. It's the first time I didn't start an argument about beer pricing :grinning:

Visiting Katy this week from Dallas. Lucked out and found a couple of 4 packs. Way over due format with bottle dating. This one should be a winner.

$12.69 cash at Specs is a great price for YR. It may be more than any other IPA in Texas, but no other IPA in Texas even comes close.

Grabbed a 4pk last night myself and it really is so fresh so fresh and juicy, has to be the best tasting YR I've had. Very happy to have the dates on the bottles as well. It'll definitely be easy to get used to this

North loop 1604 Gabriel's has three cases of the new four pack yellow rose still available. They did inventory over this weekend, and two bourbon county barley wine were found as well as others. Saw two barrel bombs still available.
