    Haven't seen a post on the last thread in several hours and it's after midnight here. Just finished up a Evil Twin Bozo Beer. So nice to see this in Hawai'i. I was actually living in Charleston, when they first brewed this at Westbrook. Still one of my favorite non barrel aged Imperial Stouts. So much going on in this one, but extremely smooth, especially for 17.2%. Get you some if you can find it around. *the guys on the label own Charleston Beer Exchange and Edmund's Oast, Rich and Scott. Both very nice guys.

    Some shots of some beers a few days ago, at the newest beer bar here, Village Bottle Shop and Tasting Room. Something we needed here, real bad. If you are ever on O'ahu, definitely worth your time to stop by. They usually have stuff the other places don't. This was the High Water Campfire Stout, amazing

    Friday leading up to a holiday weekend means beer for breakfast. Watching latest Mr. Robot with the newborn, who is slightly older than the beer (baby 8/8; beer canned 8/26).

    Glorious day in store....nice north wind and temps in the mid-70's and low humidity....love it!

    Going to do some chores around the Boat Shed today, and then a hike; later I hope to get out on the water once it warms a bit....it's cool and feels good!

    This one feels like autumn is just around the corner.....

    A - pretty impressive brown clear body, head surprisingly sticks forever at 12.5%, I guess it's deserving of its name!
    S - big caramel, toffee, vanilla, light milk chocolate, bourbon, oak, wholesome zucchini bread
    T - big caramel, caramel, and more caramel, toffee, like a heath bar in beer form, vanilla, just absolutely a Bba English barleywine that's perfectly done in all respects
    M - heavy mouthfeel, alcohol covered for all intensive purposes, although it's a 12.5% barleywine so some may disagree, aftertaste is vanilla, caramel, cream, bourbon
    O - great barleywine. Honestly I stood there for a second between this and Sucaba to start my Friday off, and I'm not dissapointed in my decision at all..great beer!

    Starting Friday with Backens Mild by Skellefteå Bryggeri. First beer I've had from them, pretty nice. Easy on the palate and pretty smooth.

    Good morning BAs! It's starting off to be another nice Texas day. We'll be heading up to Austin to try to score some limited release beer from Jester King for the next NBS BIF - missed last week's because I chose to go Saturday and all 3000 had been sold. Today's breakfast beer:
