I'm ashamed to admit that this one didn't come to mind right away. They really do produce a lot of fantastic stuff across a wide style spectrum.

Don't have enough experience with Wicked Weed but enjoyed everything I've tried from them. I will have to second Tired Hands, I would like to see them put more than just their Saisons and IPAs on-tap, the lagers I've had from them have been really good!

If you look at some of the reviews you have point, but I feel that there are a decent number of people chasing hype and hops at Tired Hands and don't really enjoy some malty styles or consider style when rating.

I enjoyed their stabs at alt and mild.

The few milds I had I did like. Still haven't tried the few alts they did, hoping they come back soon!

    Ommegang

    IPA- Nirvana, and Great Beyond
    Stout- Shadow Brewer
    Saison- Hennepin
    Sour- Rosetta

Had to mention them because being known as the predominantly belgian brewer, their new ipas are really good

I totally understand your point, but I couldn't answer the question authentically as I don't know many breweries in my region that brew many if any saisons or sours, so I just answered from a general perspective. Cheers

Definitely Victory. Others will disagree, but they haven't made a single beer that I haven't liked.

Stout- Storm King (Top 5 Non BA stouts)
IPA- Dirtwolf, Hop Devil, Hop Ranch
    Saison- Helios
Sours- Sour Monkey, Tart Ten, Kirsch Gose

And so many more of my favorites.

While not sours, Deschutes also has The Stoic and Not the Stoic on the Belgian side of things.

In my neck of the woods, Bellwoods is certainly a contender for a list of this sort:

Excellent Stouts (Bring Out Your Dead, Skeleton Key, Hellwoods).
Solid IPAs (Witchshark, Boogie Monster, Roman Candle)
    Great Saison (Farmageddon)
A tasty variety of wild beers (Grandma's Boy, Motley Cru, Barn Owl, Jelly King)

All of these are on the Canada Top 100.

Several other styles they make well too.

Agree, their stouts are borderline drain pours.

If you're just talking those 4 styles, it's Trillium. But if you're talking more than that, Sierra Nevada and Victory come to mind.

For me its Wicked Weed, while they seem to focus on sours a trip to the brewpub shows that they do a little bit of everything across the board and extremely well

A lot of Breweries out there do all the styles well but if I had to pick my top 5 they would be as follows .
    1. Stone
    2. Deschutes
    3. Sierra Nevada
    4. Firestone Walker
    5. Ballast Point

And yes I know they are all 5 on the West Coast I am biased so sue me. LOL

If we are looking at the four styles listed, I'd say Boulevard has to be in the conversation. Especially with their smokestack series, all of thise four styles are represented, and represented well.
If we include all other styles (or most styles at least) I'd add in Sierra Nevada, Founders, Bells, and Firestone Walker.

    Westbrook

IPA-India Pale Ale, Two Claw, Citrus Ninja Exchange, Shane's Big DIPA (Those last two aren't made anymore)
    APA-One Claw
Stouts- Mexican Cake, Siberian Black Magic Panther, their Anniversary stouts (and the BA variants of all three)
Sours- Gose (and its variants), Lichtenhainer, Gratzer, Weisse Weisse Baby (and its variants), Mr. Chipper
    Farmhouse- Bearded Farmer series

Local bias, maybe, but their releases rarely let me down.

Mary was the first HF beer I had the pleasure of trying and I remember thinking, wow, if they do a great job on a pilsner, then I can't wait to try their more well know beers/styles. I haven't been dissapointed.
