Stopped in again for some more fills and pints of the 2 IPA's on tap. It was full when we left at 2. But not crazy. Editors is spot on. Respect your opinion on kids at brewery. Just hope the parents are responsible. That is all.

Agree in theory, but reality shows people are dumb as hell and make irresponsible decisions that compromise the safety of their children. Add in sprawl and lack of mass transit options, you have a good recipe for disaster.

So are there any active BA's who are partaking in these activities or are they too embarrassed to admit it?

I agree though a reasoned person does add any additional risk because kids are present. Drinking and driving endangers people period. One's own kids doesn't add to risk, it's just an emotional subject (oh, the kids!)...my kids aren't more special than strangers. Having kids may even make people more careful toward everyone

These IPAs are amazing. Really enjoying them and the space now that the 30 people bike tour left. Cherry sours next

That's too bad. I thought the same. But if you get there at open you should be fine for about an hour. Like I said it was full at 2 when we left. Not packed or crazy. Weekdays less. They will usually have 2 IPA's on. Good chance you could fill one. Especially right now with Eating other Editors. Now that's crazy ass name.

I've gone once, for Foggy Window. Got there an hour early and got my full allocation. Beer was amazing.

Now I just do growler fills.

If I read that article about Monkish correctly, I don't think they necessarily love all of this attention either. Maybe their next can should be called 'Disturbed by the Fame'.

    Cheers.

This is true, but don't mention that around here. This place is specifically for complaining about Monkish, what their customers do in line, how they sell their beer, etc. Stay on topic.

Do you also believe Vinnie & Natalie when they say they're shocked, positively shocked, at the turnout for Beatification or PtY?

To a certain extent. I'm not cynical enough not to. There is only so much space they can allocate to brewing beers the way they want to do it.

They've benefited nicely from the psychological principal of scarcity (Cialdini, 1984), but I doubt that was a primary or even tertiary motivation when they started brewing their beers.

When Henry sells the cans for 'Disturbed by the Fame' I propose the following (in order to appease BA):

    1. Randomly drop an online lottery for full allocation sales. 48hr pick-up window (Sat-Sun) for winners.
    2. Child protective services are waiting at Monkish to take away anyone with children.
    3. Full refund for anyone unable to pickup during window.
    4. Monday, instead of opening brewery, have a pick-up line for the remaining cans from 10am-12pm.
    5. Have a sniper on top of Fantastic Cafe on the look out for any whalez consumed in parking lot. No, they don't murder anyone, you sicko. They shoot the can or bottle out of the person's hand because Henry has already arranged for the cops to be there to persecute open container offenders and he'd HATE to see ANYONE get in trouble.

I went yesterday at around 17:00, JFK to LAX was already kicked, Water Balloons were available for 8 oz pour but when I came around for a second pour 15 minutes after it's kicked also. Both Editors and Act Out Emotions were flowing healthily though.

Editors is good. Drank a 32 oz. growler tonight and have a 2 litre waiting for the game tomorrow. Go 'noles!

    Got there at 9:30am.
Ordered a breakfast burrito. Got in line at 9:45am
Still got one pack of each.
Few dudes after me still got at least one pack.
Dudes who went back in line were recognized and then it sold out.
