I'm sad I missed out on careless

 

Cafe is fantastic. I drink cold brew coffee 3-4 times a week, and I drink it black with a little sweetener. This is very reminiscent of that flavor. Hides the 6.5% extremely well. Very impressed.

 

I'm Cuban, so cold coffee was almost blasphemous as far as I was concerned, until I visited Mostra last week. What those dudes are doing with coffee, is almost too good to be true. Now, I keep looking for a coffee shop that's just as good who can make some great cold brews. Café I helping, but I can't be drinking only beer for breakfast, every morning!......or can I?

 

I'm not able to make it down to Wynwood (no, I'm not afraid of the Zika Virus). Any chance someone in the Delray Beach Area is headed to JWB in the next few days and can pick me up a 4 pack of cafe? I would be most appreciative!

Panther is right down the street and has fantastic cold brew. The nitro cold brew is even better.

 

I don't mind Panther's latte's, but tried cold brew there a few years ago, + again earlier this year, + didn't like it. They're good people, + most who work there are my friends, but I just don't like their coffee these days. Used to love through stuff.

 

The Blanc de Blancs is great!! Not getting much bitterness at all, ranks up there with Civil IPA's imho

 

I won't be able to get there til this coming Saturday driving in from Fort Myers. I'm crossing my fingers that there will still be cans then!

 

Of course, nothing is guaranteed, but I think you'll be ok.

Any idea on bottle count for Miami Madness? I know people start lining up at 6am.....

 

They posted details this week on the release and mentioned it will be 2pp.

 

People start lining up at 6 (myself included), but assuming this has a similar bottle count as the last DFPF release (around 700-750 i believe), people should be OK as long as they're in line by 10:30. But don't take this as gospel, this was just my experience during the DFPF release.

 

The people that come early are the ones who go to enjoy a big bottle share amongst beer friends. The last releases were limited bottle releases so it was necessary to line up early if you wanted to guarantee getting the bottles. Not sure of the overall bottle count but I am sure it will be plenty.

Hello, good peoples!

Wanted to give you some updates + info. Mind you, any of this can change for any unforeseen reasons, but I don't find it likely.

1) We'll be releasing 1000 bottles of Miami Madness, with a limit of 2 per person, at $20 each bottle. We had just about 800 for DFPF, with the same limit, + it sold out in an hour + 15 minutes. It was also the only release that day, + we have 4 different cans that we're selling alongside MM, so this line might take a bit longer to get through, but we will be on top of it. It will take at least 500 people to go through the full allotment of bottles.

2) I'll be onsite at 7:30/8, so I'll try my best to stay vigilant for anything shady (line cutting, radios playing that little asshole Bieber, or anything of that nature).

3) As of our last conversation at the brewery, we'll be passing out wristbands. My guess is 500, taking into account that it's more than likely that everybody buying bottles, will buy the max allowed per person.

As of this moment, I don't know the exact amount of the new Miami Madness glassware we're releasing, but it's significantly less than the bottle count. Less than half that, so if that's a priority for you, I suggest you getting here early.

We'll also have a local t-shirt company doing onsite Miami Madness 2016 screen printed t-shirts.
