I buy 2 cases of Founders IS, 1 case of Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, and 1 case of something else (Bells Expedition Stout -- when we could get it in VA -- or Great Divide Yeti) in addition to random bottles of Belgians each year. I have a couple cases of SN Bigfoot over the last 5-6 years and other random imperial stouts and barleywines. Now stouts >>> barleywines and old ales.

so far I had a uinta anniversary at 9 mo.s that I think was in a funky in-between stage where the hops had no remaining flavor, only leaving a bitter finish and kind of astringent. so hopefully it improves near it's year mark. I'm aiming for 2 - 3 years on most the stouts, 2 - 4 on most the barleywines, and up to 5 for the Belgian quads, narrowing down along the way which ones I'd like to have on a regular cellaring rotation

 

I have 6 years of Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, a couple years of Goose Island Bourbon County and a few of their girls, maybe 3 years of Three Philosophers, usually some Firestone Walker limiteds, Averys Uncle Jacobes, A few of Boulevards Smokestack series, A Dogfish Head 120, prolly a few more.
