How often are you trying something new?

I buy new beer almost every time I buy beer. A ticker I mostly certainly am.

 

Me too I am always looking for new beer. I want at least one new beer each week if not a few more so singles are great imo. Seasonally there should always be something new to try.

 

I have been drinking craft beer for at least 2 years. I usually drink at least two beers each night, often more. I try to buy something different every time I buy beer, and haven't even come close to exhausting my options. Though, I do revert back to something I've had before if I especially liked it or if I didn't have a lot of time to browse.

 

At least once a week.

 

I usually have something new each week. Especially styles that I'm getting more aquatinted with. This summer, I tried a lot of new goses, sours, wheat ales, etc. Now I'm exploring more sour styles and getting into triples, quads, etc. IPAs and stouts are still my goto, but I love mixing in these other brews.

 

I must limit myself to 3-4 beers a week, and I usually have one new one. Been into craft a year, and with limited craft breweries distributed in Southeast Dakota, I've tried most of the beers that appeal to me, but watch for seasonals and new releases to try. I do pick up new beers when on travel, and try new tap-only beers at my favorite taprooms.

 

Frequently.

 

Mainly drink on the weekends and have bottle shares at the office on Friday's in which we all try to bring something new weekly. This is perfect as I get to try on average about 8-10 new beers weekly!

 

Guilty of ticking. Always getting new stuff.

 

I belong to a group of folks who try at least one New Beer pretty much every week on Sunday.

 

I try to do NBS, but often that new beer calls for me before Sunday.

 

I don't drink every day, but I probably average two or three new beers a week. I love trying beers of different styles and from different countries. I'll occasionally get a sixer or a variety pack if it's something special, but I spend an inordinate amount of time browsing the singles section and I rarely come home from the store without at least one new beer.

 

Still at least 2-3 each week on average. Compared to the past, the number of new beers I've bought from stores has dropped quite a lot in recent times but it's made up for visiting new breweries and sampling their beers and friends bringing back out of area beers to share. Sort of a transition to more locals I suppose.

 

I used to make an effort to try new beer on a regular basis, but recently I've been more inclined to go for beers that I know I enjoy. I realized there were a lot of beers that I love that I wasn't drinking very often, and that didn't make sense to me. I still buy new beers, but maybe only 5-6 new beers throughout an average month.

 

I have a new one virtually every morning. When I'm traveling I usually have a new one in the evening as well.

 

Try to do a mixed 6 every week always looking for that beer to end all beers.

 

In a twisted way, NBS has compelled me to enjoy beers I've tried and liked more often. Where I use to tick my ass off through the week, I've found myself revisiting favorites through the week and treat Sunday as a undiscovered beer celebration.

 

I try to drink new beer as often as I can. Usually, the way it works out for me though, I buy a six pack of something familiar for the week (don't drink much during the week) and the weekends are the time for reviews when I have the energy.

When I'm out, I'll try something new, unless the options are limited or I see something I reallyyyyy like.
