    Dragon's Milk Reserve, Bourbon BarrelStout with Raspberry/Lemon:

    Bottled 06/06/16 and the lemon has backed off. The raspberry is still strong as is the tootsie roll finish. Hard to find the 11% ABV. Just enough lemon to let you know it is there, allowing the bourbon, barrel, fruit, and chocolate to hog the stage. I like better now; I thought the lemon a couple of months ago interfered more than complimented what are now the dominant flavors. Have a great Tuesday, y'all!

    Caesar Augustus by Williams Bros in Scotland. Lager/IPA hybrid, and one of the palest beers I've had in a long time. Very little taste overall, and the most prominent note is dirt... Not good...

    Summit Unchained #22 - Zingibeer. It's certainly interesting, and with a clean palate it's much more dry than I recall it as being the first time I sampled it. I'd swear there's notes of bergamot in this one (but I'm sure my palate is just flashing back to their "Make It So.")

    The fridge cleaning continues! This 04/12 batch tastes more like chocolate with a touch of coffee in the background. I'm still holding out hope that this found it's way into barrels for a future Backstage release.
