Bruery 2016 RS/HS Allocations

So a fair comparison will be out living all the vintages of this thread.

That's what I get for doing to many things at the same time.

 

What is this, DIsneyland? Going to make a bunch of lame pins for us to trade with our beer now? And in the world of very cool specialty bottle openers, I'm laughing at that.

 

First year RS member, have honestly lost track...how many of the included beers have we received so far? I only remember one batch, maybe it was 4 bottles?

I don't particularly like the 2017 swag either but I think we are getting more beer this year so that probably cut into the budget (which most of us wanted in the first place).

It isn't really fair to compare some small trinkets to the rad growler bag when the budget for extras was probably 80-90% less than previous years.

 

I agree, to me Port Black Tuesday is way better than getting a growler or any other merch. So I am happy I am getting better beer than getting better merch.

 

I like the pin.

The feedback I see in every club thread I haunt is people saying "dont make me buy more glassware, growlers, hoodies, etc" so I would think this package would make people happy. More beer, expensive swag as optional. Never underestimate the negative charge in a bruery society thread I suppose.

 

Should be comical how quickly pingate peters out one the next weekday is announced. Perhaps Squirrel! is a jab at people's poor attention span. Maybe they'll brew tantrum next.

Rue Sans is damn delicious. Nice dry, tart, lots of grape about half way through and just sticks through the end. Probably shouldn't have only bought a single bottle

Picked up a bottle of Smokey and the Bois today.

Thought it was still tasting pretty good at the anniversary festival.

 

Next year you can just put on your pin and you won't have to give a description
