    Been drinking The Barista from Clown Shoes this morning. Post in NBS will get you up-to-speed. Still got a little in the bottle to cap this off...

    Ack! That's it? That's all that's left? Damn - I knew it was drinking fast but I thought I had more than that left... 'S'alright - got a bunch of great beer on hand for today, including LIC's Backjump IPA, Half Acre's GoneAway IPA, and Pipeworks' Mosaic DIPA...

    That said, don't pass up on a bottle of this if you spot it...

    Happy Stein Club Sunday, all! I stumbled upon this German Alwe lidded stein with etched pheasant design in the clearance aisle in a local consignment shop. (Guess how far they had to twist my arm to get that $1.60 out of me. :stuck_out_tongue: ) The design is quite striking, with lots of detail in the elements. This Hacker-Pschorr Amber Maerzen is also quite striking, easily one of the best Oktoberfests I've had. This picture does not do justice to either.
