I can almost hear the Quakies in that last picture.

 

A bit of a breeze today has them rustling as a front is coming through. I love the sound and the smell of the rotting leaves on the ground.

The beer "Bell" has been rung

It's been raining here a lot over the past week or so, and I have these strange mofo mushshrooms popping up in my side yard. They smell like something died.

First beer up tonight is a special one, I was asked to try out several beers from a brewery in planning. Today I'm trying a Ginger Saison. It's quite good, the ginger has a nice strong bite, which I normally don't get from beers claiming to have ginger.

 

Haven't posted here in so long!
Gonna try to start posting again now that work is slowing down a bit.
Have not been drinking many new beers tho...
Having some Orval with a red wine washed goat cheese. Fantastic.

Just found out that instead of work tomorrow I'll be going on a southwest MI beer field trip! Woohoo!
