My current "cellar". Although I do have 4+ cases on the side, the ones I keep in the temp controlled fridge are for long term aging. I do wish I had more space though. The towel is there because of this damn humidity, when I leave it opened for awhile to take inventory and switch stuff out the moisture really builds up.

Love the size and bottle count. Wish the picture was a bit clearer so I could see what bottles you have.

I agree, get a camera or a tripod so we can see whats actually in the massive cellar of yours.

I wish I had the organizational skills that some of you do. I can't remember what's in the back of my fridge.

This is my first year of cellaring. Difficult to see - Four Roses, La Roja, WWS, 2010 BF, and a Speedway stout.

I'm having a hard time comprehending what I see in this picture. I think my brain just short circuited. I get excited when I am able to get a bottle or two of the Classic Gueuze.
That's more loon-age, than the entire state of Minnesota has seen in the past two years.

Those are the same three vintages I have. Been keeping my eyes peeled for an 09 to complete the four year vertical.

These pics are from about 8 months ago but it's largely unchanged in there other than a bit more beer.

I have '08 - '11 in the cellar, and had an extra set to drink. The older vintages are considerably better.
