Bruery 2016 RS/HS Allocations

Orders including BT cannot be picked up until the 26th. Wth?

 

Welcome to Earth. That's the procedure every year. BT isn't available until the release party.

 

Read it again! Yes, I know about the BT. But I can't pick up the REST of my order. SMH

 

Because BT is IN your order. Orders are prepared as a total box, with all bottles. If you wanted your other stuff, you should have split the orders up. Like everyone else knows to do.

 

Emails keep going to spam filter every since the website switched despite me telling Gmail not to do that... grrrrrrrr

Oh well, guess it saved me a ton of money since everything I wanted from this mornings sale already sold out... also grrrrrrrr

 

They can't fulfill partial orders. I ordered my BT on one transaction and checked out. Then I went back and bought other stuff and ran my card a second time.

 

They don't break up orders, never have.

 

Ok then. Can partial orders be cancelled?

I think to date the only true HS exclusives have been Room for Me and Hoarder's Cuvee. How can I lord my exclusive beers over people when I don't have many exclusive beers?? It's one of the unwritten perks of membership. Why couldn't they have done this before the renewal period so I could have had one more reason not to remain in HS? At this point it seems like the biggest perk we get is just the ability to buy more allocations than RS but considering how much stuff gets put up for public sales or second chance sales that doesn't seem to matter much anymore either.

 

I think it was HS only today though, right? Either way I'm glad at a chance for more, just hope it lasts a few days. Fingers crossed.

 

RS has Rue Sans available, limit 4.

 

Well gotdamn. That's irritating. I would have bought 8 last month had it been available then instead of the 4 allocated.

 

The issue is that they keep allocating Wine/Beer hybrids as HS exclusives and it seems the consensus is Hoarders aren't interested in stocking up on those. Stone Fruit sour? Easy sellout. Black Tuesday Variant? Gone in a flash.

 

I would think it would be the extra 5% discount. I think I have maxed on only a couple beers this year, and going forward probably won't max on many. Even if you just buy a bottle of everything you will spend over $1,000. I personally do not need 8 black tuesdays, 4 chocolate rains, 6 mocha wednesdays, and 4 grey mondays. While they are great beers I can only drink so much and most of my friends do not care about the cool new release and drink bud light 80% of he time.

 

Can't drink BT at the river when it's 110 degrees.

 

You're out of your mind too. You can drink BT any time, anywhere, at any temperature. Sure, you won't feel as good as the guy drinking gose all day, but you're drinking BT. You own it.

 

I agree, the HS stuff hasn't been as HS worthy this year, but still, if there's enough to let it go twice in two months, why not give us double allotments the first time? I haven't tried it, but StiR is my fave beer of all time, so any variant promises max from me. I think if we had gotten eight last month and let those of us willing to get it, then let the leftovers trickle down, I'd be happier. Waiting on my next paycheck and seeing those bottles sit there calling my name is murder.
