My drinker's elbow f/k/a tennis elbow has flared up significantly today. I may need to add rum into the mix shortly.

 

The beer gods are gonna kick my ass for this one. But. If you swirl it around to mix it its actually quite good

Founders never disappoints.

So last night at work, i cleaned out the frementer For the first time. let me explain the glory. It was fermenting an unfiltered dipa. Think Trillium status. Super hazy new England dipa. The valve is jammed with hops so the things gets taken apart. And inside is glorious. Imagine and bear with me, a green diarrhea paste consistency of a mixture of yeast and hops and the smell of mangos and papaya and pineapple. I have it all over me as i scoop it out by hand. Smelled so amazing i wanted to eat it. I knew i made the right career choice. And forever appreciate the experience.

Edit. more like the consistency of a slushy snow or tomato paste. Just wanted To hear the reaction of Hop heads that their precious looks like baby shit lol.

 

that's awesome! march 9th can't come soon enough it'll be a little cold and snowy on the waterfront though!
