    6 x 12= 72 x $100= $7200! I'm on my way.
I never think I need another bottle, but in the end, I wish I had another.... might have to grab 1 more.

Any Duluth/Superior sightings? I gotta go up to Canal Park for a meeting this evening and hope to snag a bottle or two if anyone has seen it.

What the hell does a stout being available one day a year at a festival have to do with how it tastes? Maybe for you that makes it "special," but most of us aren't trying to sell our bottles for hundreds of dollars on the black market.

While taste is subjective not all imperial stouts are as complex and of the same quality.

So, this suddenly has a bit more credence to it...just a bit though...

They need more Dumpster Juice, I had a good laugh listening to them and him coming up to Omar before the bad started - "I know what you're thinking... What a Dick." As an avid GWAR fan(avatar), of course I would like Dumpster Juice.

Costco MG is sold out, sold out in 20 minutes I guess.

There was a singer in 2013 that got really drunk and proposed to his girlfriend on stage. They should bring that guy back.

Heh, I'm sad to say I don't remember that happening in '13. Must have missed it.

Someone mentioned the cask beer earlier. I had Teabagged Todd and while I thought the taste was excellent, it was really under-carbed. Almost flat.

The Bender and Scotty(? Scottish ale) wasn't too shabby tho.

That would be awesome to have Darkness be a quarterly release I could stockpile when visiting MN, though I doubt the powers that be would ever want to move it to that level of production. They'd probably get more bang for their buck coming up with sessionable ales that could help fund any additional expansions. I'd love to see it, but like you said, I wouldn't wager any money on it.

Sure, this year it might not have been a problem for people arriving later, but if they were to bundle the regular release with the BA version like last year, the cutters coming in later has potential to be a much larger issue. For example, Bourbon County is coming down the pipeline in a few weeks and I'd be pretty livid if I saw folks cutting in line and alerted the business, only to have them shrug the shoulders and tell me "tough luck." If I'm making the effort to get bottles in a fair way, I would hope the liquor store would make a good effort to help prevent people from gaming the system. I realize it's just beer but if I were to get that response, I would lose an immense amount of respect for the brewery and likely stop buying their products and actively encourage people to do the same in person and on social media. I don't think it's any surprise more of these releases are becoming ticketed affairs with higher costs and I hope Surly goes the same way soon enough. You can do just as much bottle sharing and bullshitting at tasting tables set up inside and don't have to worry about some jagoff letting his buddies sneak in when you've been waiting patiently for your chance.

Just hit Lakes Liqours today, up here in Detroit Lakes. Limit one per person per day at $19.99. I got two, so far... Hoping to get at least one more later today after shift change.

I have called the store and notified the staff that @BigIslandfarmer is attempting to skirt the rules set forth by Lakes Liquors. They will be on the lookout for you.

btw, in case it wasn't obvious... totally kidding.

assuming the employee was correct, costco st louis park should have darkness this morning when they open at 10. last year they were no limit, might expect to see a limit of 4.

Still any Darkness hanging around the DSM area by chance? I picked one up earlier this week, but I'm looking to snag another one for a friend.
