    The Tokyo is very good but it's sweeter than than standard Wit, not cloying at all, but in all honesty I still prefer the good old St. Bernardus (Pierre Celis created) Wit. Although, it should be noted that this brewery does no wrong:grinning:!

    Good Saturday evening, fellow BAs.

    I started my Saturday night off with two Victory Festbiers at dinner with my two favorite ladies (wife and daughter).

    Now, I'm drinking and reviewing a Stone 16th Anniversary IPA and watching football.

    Wow...work tomorrow after that lineup?? Reminds me of my early 20's when I used to stay out til all hours then go into work in the AM and pass out for an hour or so on top of the giant prepacked Duracell battery displays

    I have started the night with a few APA Firestone and Now Ninkaski, Will move to Red MacGregor, and then Bell 9000. I do not know what to drink after that, maybe something from my cellar.

    Watching the LSU-Auburn game on ESPN and hoping LSU gets it together. I had a pint glass of Slumbrew Porter Square Porter earlier and figured it would make a good beer float with vanilla ice cream. Turns out I was correct about that pairing.

    I knew this was a sour stout (and had high hopes) but is it supposed to taste like an infected stout? I guess I was looking for something more like Tart of Darkness and I got something more like the Peruvian Morning 2012 I tried last week....
