    Last year Wet made it down to Roch a week after the cities

    Brandon,
    Do yourself a favor and go to Quang's and order either #502 He Tieu Mem or #503 Pho Tai Bo Vien. Top it off with an order of Goi Cuon (fresh spring rolls with shrimp and roasted port) and cup of Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee). You will not regret it.

    I have dreams about this place...

    I'll be driving to the cities Monday for Wet. If SurlyFest is any indication of a timeline for Rochester, it will be 6 days from the cities release and delivery.

    Really? I thought it was later than that for some reason. Of course, I couldn't wait for it to make it to Roch. I know it stuck around for awhile.

    My friends Matt and Mike own Icehouse they also own another restaurant Be'wiched deli both of which are excellent. Also they will be serving a pairings menu either paired or made with Surly brews. Bender Braised beef ribs with dark spices, Cynic with rabbit tacos and Wet with bratwurst and black mustard all of which is made in house they literally make everything in house.

    Hope to see everyone there!!!!!

    Had a can of Wet at SurlyFest yesterday....and it was sublime.

    BTW - no idea how I ended up with a can....Omar maybe?

    Ale Jail is getting Wet Wednesday. Heritage had none at 130 and again, none at Zipps. South Lyndale has it but I was already on my way back to Roch..
