Any recent Yakima in the wild sightings on the east or north side of Cbus? Planning to swing over on way to Hoof

 

I saw it at Corner Stone on Friday, but got the first one out of the last case they had, so not sure if they still have it.

As amazing as Cleveland Beer Week was, I am so glad it's over. I think I need to check into rehab now.

Stout Breakfast at Beer Engine was a great way to end it.

Going to Weasel Boy's Halloween Party on Saturday. Hoping for something special to be on tap. The band playing (Thump Daddy) is a funk band from Columbus and they are really, really good. Can't wait.

 

Most of there beers arent anything that blows you away but they are solid offerings. Their Lawnraker is good if you like Marzen style beers. Their IPAs are good too, especially Stiff Arm. I wasnt a big LG fan when they first got started but now theyre my favorite Columbus brewery.

 

Anyone else hit up their 2 year anniversary party? Must say I was digging the Son of a Mudder brown with Hoof Hearted coffee, and then went for the rum barreled Beard Crumbs. Didn't get a chance to do the Boom Pop 1862 Kolsch, assuming that was a hit as that went quickly!

 

Looks like Black Maple is due out Thrusday at the taproom. Distro next week. Also they have a Vanilla Black Maple variant as well.

From my understanding, no distro on the Vanilla. But full (limited of coarse) on Black Maple

 

Id say its more a matter of mostly broke college kids shop at that GE and they drink cheap beer, not craft.

 

Why isn't anyone asking "how's the line" at the great lakes christmas ale first pour?

 

Any rumblings on next nutsmasher release? Wife and I had a blast at the last one.
